A set of horizontal flow grease traps for sewage treatment was discontinued N years ago. Several four-meter-deep pools are divided into several rooms by cement partition walls. Now I want to use each of them as a water storage tank. However, after the water came in, I found that there was serious water leakage between them. What kind of waterproofing can block the 4-meter water level difference? Do I have to redo the wall? Please give me some advice from the experts.
It can be lined with plastic or rubber to achieve waterproofing purposes. Our factory is engaged in rubber lining, and the effect is good. This post was last edited by mzykater on 2008-1-20 14:47 ]
Please let me know the contact information upstairs... I suddenly found out……
The civil engineering team has something to do. I am from Hebei, where are you from? Go to your local construction company and ask
The key is the cost. I asked just now. Almost the entire wall is leaking. It’s 40 meters long.* High 4 * Quantity 6 * Area 2 = 2880 square meters, what’s the price? If you only build three walls, it will take up half the area! :L How much does it cost to build a wall alone? And the wall is no longer working, maybe it should be redone... Can anyone tell me which one is more cost-effective, wall building or waterproofing?
No way? At that time, I clicked on the advertisement in your signature position and landed on the website of a professional waterproofing company in Jiangsu. I thought you belonged to this company. :L Later I found out that the advertisement in this position changes at any time. What a coincidence! ! This advertisement by Haichuan, the timing is really perfect! ! This post was last edited by Yumu on 2008-1-21 11:27 ]
It should be cheaper to redo the wall, or thicken it, and make a waterproof layer for civil engineering and then the outer surface than lining with rubber. Moreover, rubber lining also has multiple problems. One is aging, and the other is the connection surface may fall off. If the impact is severe, the latter is more likely. You can inquire first and then compare. Haha
After cleaning the base surface, cement-based penetrating crystalline waterproof materials are used to plug the leaks, and a fiberglass waterproofing and anti-seepage or epoxy mortar waterproofing layer is made on top. . The price is around 130 yuan to 180 yuan/square meter. Lianzhong Environmental Protection
What you need to do now is to seal the leaks. First, clean the anti-corrosion layer around the original cracks, and use epoxy cement grouting to plug the leaks. After the cement is completely solidified for a day or two, then make a fiberglass anti-corrosion layer. You can choose how much cloth or oil you want. Of course, a thicker one will be better.
First of all, let me ask, this pool was used for sewage treatment before, but you are now using it as a reservoir. Is the water in the reservoir used for drinking, production, or other purposes? A sewage pool that has not been used for N years is four meters deep. If you fill it with water, I will doubt the strength of the pool. ; It is recommended to clarify the above two issues first. If there are no problems with the above suspicions, it is recommended to use the waterproofing methods used in other buildings, most of which are universal.
