What do you mean by it not being very useful? The design of the salt dissolving tank and the front reactor should be relatively simple, right? If you use refined salt, just pay attention to the design of the salt dissolving tank to address the issue of salt floating around
I’d like to ask those on the second floor: is stirring required in the pre-reaction tank? If not, what kind of structure would be suitable? One that can ensure uniform mixing without damaging the structure of the alum flocs. It seems that if the pre-reaction tank is too large, having a stirrer inside isn’t very effective.
1. The pre-reaction tank requires stirring at 30-40 revolutions per minute; there is no need to worry about alum flocculation issues. 2. What is your scale? Half an hour of pre-reaction time is more than sufficient. 3. If you use underground salt ponds and pure refined salt exclusively, there is indeed a problem of salt leaching.
