Provisions for the Management of Real* Moderators 1 Purpose: To standardize the management of the Haichuan Chemicals Forum, guide the work of Real* moderators, fully leverage their managerial roles, ensure the sustainable and healthy development of the forum, enhance its reputation, and guarantee that all members enjoy their rightful rights, these provisions are formulated. 2 Scope of Application These regulations apply to the actual moderators of all sections under the Haichuan Chemicals Forum. 3 Management Rules 3.1 Basic requirements for active moderators The evaluation period for active moderators in this forum is 30 days, with the interval between two logins not exceeding 3 days. 3.1.1 Basic requirements for moderators: (For specific management tasks, see Appendix 1) 3.1.1.1 Requirements for moderators of the engineering and technical exchange area and the industry technical exchange area: At least 30 evaluations and at least 20 management actions are required. 3.1.1.2 Requirements for moderators of the literature and research papers sharing area: At least 50 evaluations and at least 15 management actions are required. 3.1.1.3 Other sections shall follow the standards set for the engineering and technical exchange area. 3.1.2 Procedures for dealing with problems that cannot be resolved during work: Problems that cannot be solved should generally be reported to the super moderator or administrators for handling. 3.1.2.1 Resolve by communicating with other moderators in the same version. 3.1.2.2 Post in the management office to seek everyone’s opinions. 3.1.2.3 Seek everyone’s opinions in the management team’s QQ group. 3.2 Salary of Real* Moderators 3.2.1 Salary of Real* Moderators The monthly salary for Real* moderators is: 300 Wealth/month (minimum). 3.2.2 When organizing posts in the organized section, it is necessary to download files; the deducted funds can be requested as a \"special financial allocation for organization\" from the super moderator or administrator. 3.3 Time for regularizing status of real moderators: Real moderators should apply to the super moderator or administrator for regularization one month after their trial period has ended. 3.4 Standards for the formal approval of real* moderators 3.4.1 Meeting the “basic job requirements for real* moderators”. 3.4.2 Hold an event at their respective forums at least once (it can be carried out in collaboration with other moderators). 3.5 Responsibilities of the Moderator 3.5.1 Any behavior that violates the BBS rules must be dealt with appropriately, and the forum management should be organized at least once every five days. 3.5.2 If an active moderator is unable to log in to manage the forum for a week due to special circumstances, they must inform the super moderator of this forum two days in advance or postpone their login by two days; otherwise, a warning will be issued. If two or more warnings are given without improvement, the moderator status will be revoked. 3.5.3 Real* moderators must abide by the forum rules when posting on the forum, with no exemption privileges. 3.5.4 If the actual moderator is unable to manage the forum for an extended period due to special circumstances, they must submit an application two days in advance and specify the duration of their absence; failure to do so after the specified time will be considered as an automatic relinquishment of their status as actual moderator. 3.5.5 Those who are unable to continue serving as moderators due to certain reasons should submit a resignation request one week in advance to facilitate management. 3.5.6 Before deleting any post, the moderator of that forum should ideally explain the reason for deletion in a short message, so as to be subject to member oversight; posts that were deleted by mistake should be restored immediately, while those that were intentionally deleted should be removed right away. (It is recommended to avoid using the delete function; simply move the post to the recycle bin.) 3.5.7 Forum moderators in various versions are not allowed to add their own posts to the featured posts section; they can instead notify the administrator or super moderator to evaluate the post and decide whether it should be added as a featured post. 3.6 Contributions of Real* Moderators to the Forum: The contributions of Real* moderators to their respective forums are evaluated and rewarded by super moderators or administrators. 3.6.1 It is recommended that active moderators post original content (such as management suggestions for the forum, ideas to increase the popularity of this community, etc.). 3.6.2 It is recommended that active moderators be more innovative in their work and engage more in communication with other moderators. 3.6.3 The contributions of active moderators to the forum are awarded at the discretion of the administrators. 3.7 Standards for unqualified moderator performance and penalty regulations. 3.7.1 Those whose actual moderator tenure exceeds three days without taking leave are considered unqualified and are given a warning; if this occurs twice, their status as actual moderator is revoked. 3.7.2 It is considered unacceptable for an active moderator to participate in member disputes without mediating or stopping them, and such a moderator shall have their status revoked. 3.7.3 If a real* moderator fails to meet the “Basic Requirements for Real* Moderators,” they are considered unqualified and have their status as real* moderator revoked. 3.7.4 If an active moderator violates the forum rules, they are considered ineligible and have their status as active moderator revoked. 3.7.5 If the order in the forum area managed by an official moderator is chaotic, it is considered unsatisfactory, and the moderator’s status is revoked. 3.7.6 Other cases shall be handled at the discretion of the administrator.     Appendix 1: Daily management tasks that the actual moderator needs to handle: 1. Moving or deleting posts that do not conform to the theme of the forum section or are spam posts. Posts that violate **laws and regulations** as well as sexual content are to be removed; the issue is rather ambiguous, so it needs to be discussed by everyone to decide whether to remove them or not. 2. Respond to questions raised by members of this discussion forum; if unable to answer, forward them to the super moderator. 3. Maintain a positive atmosphere for communication in this discussion forum, handle and coordinate the relationships between members and the BBS, as well as among members themselves; in cases that cannot be resolved, report them to the super moderator or administrators for handling. 4. Mark outstanding posts as highlights, requiring original content. 5. The posts in the entire data area cover aspects such as the repeatability of downloads for verification, decompression capability, clarity of pages and text, consistency of theme and content, and compliance with formatting standards, among others. 6. Posts related to the moderators themselves, such as members’ objections against the actual moderators, are handled by the super moderators or administrators; the actual moderators themselves shall not use their authority to take any action against the posters. 7. Members who violate the BBS rules shall be dealt with appropriately in accordance with the relevant regulations; it is essential to uphold the principle of fairness and treat all members of this discussion forum equally. Note: Management operations include: editing, deleting, adding to favorites, closing, pinning, merging, setting a high volume, lifting, lowering, moving, copying, categorizing, and other such actions.
