Laboratory equipment that allows control over the flow rate of the liquid, along with the ability to know the amount of liquid that flows out. The flow rate should be around 0–100 ml/h, and the volume flow rate should be 0–200 ml. It would be ideal if there was also temperature control, enabling the temperature to be maintained at 50 degrees.:handshake
This is my first time here; I hope everyone can help me out. Thank you!!!!!!
Is there such a device? If it does exist, it’s one that combines many separate functions together; it’s not a compact device. What you have here is an online system that displays flow rates in real time, but flow rate control requires the use of control valves. Temperature can be monitored online as well, but there’s nothing that can simultaneously monitor temperature and allow for online control. If it’s not a oil bath or water bath used for temperature control, then apart from using heat tracing, I can’t think of any other solution. Still, it’s very difficult to achieve precise temperature control. If you’ve managed to solve this issue, please share how you did it
If flow control is needed, a peristaltic pump would be suitable. As for temperature control, I haven’t seen any system that can control the temperature throughout the entire process; at most, a constant-temperature water bath is used
Many individual functions are combined together; it’s not a single small device. All of these are connected online, allowing for real-time display of flow rates. However, the flow rate needs to be controlled using control valves, and temperature is monitored online as well. But there is no device that can both monitor temperature and control it simultaneously.
