Basic processes of free forging: shortening and thickening, lengthening, punching, reaming, mandrel lengthening, cutting, bending, twisting, upsetting, forging jointing, etc.
In our textbooks, they are: upsetting, drawing, punching, bending, twisting, shifting, and cutting. I don’t know what the actual process is like.
