I am currently facing issues related to pipeline codes in process design, as well as insulation and cooling measures for the pipelines. I would appreciate everyone’s suggestions; it would be helpful if there are any relevant regulations. To illustrate my problem: my pipeline code is PG0401-200M1B-H, where H denotes insulation. My pipeline is marked with an indication of insulation – are both of these elements necessary, or is just the indication of insulation sufficient?
It can’t be that complicated; there should also be some «Regulations on Anti-corrosion and Insulation». It’s a horse designed by an engineering firm

Generally, it is not required to indicate whether the pipeline is corrosion-resistant on its numbering; it is only necessary to specify whether insulation or protection against cold is provided, or measures for personal safety.
There are two ways; one of them is sufficient. Over there, it’s all indicated on the pipeline number now.
