Reasons for severe wear of various heat exchangers in flue ducts

The economizer of our company’s 35-ton boiler, as well as various pipes, are suffering from severe wear. Please discuss the specific reasons for this.
Is it burning coal? Burn oil? Or burn gas? In the flue gases from the latter two sources, there isn’t enough solid matter to cause wear on the metal. Solid particles in the flue gases must be present along with a certain flow rate in order to cause wear on the pipes; therefore, reducing the flow rate is one of the possible solutions
Based on what is described, it should be a coal powder furnace; the dust generated during combustion, carried by the flue gas flow, causes significant wear on the economizer. To reduce this wear, anti-wear sleeves can be installed at the ends of the economizer tubes. These sleeves can be made of wear-resistant ceramic materials or manganese-containing wear-resistant metal materials. By installing such sleeves, wear can be effectively reduced, thereby extending the service life of the equipment.
