Our company has used both Sanyuan and Delong models; each has its own advantages. The Sanyuan model looks better, while the Delong model is more practical. We have not used any Yifeng models. Our company wants to implement a new system, and we would like to ask colleagues who have used these three types of microcomputers to share their experiences and tell us which microcomputer control system performs better based on their own usage

Currently, for gas generation oil pressure control systems, those mainly controlled by DCS include Zhejiang University Industrial Control and Beijing HollySys. Delong Company generally uses Siemens PLCs, while Yifeng and Sanyuan use microcontrollers. There is little difference in terms of control. However, the accuracy of a PLC can reach 0.1 seconds, while that of a microcontroller is 1 second. Our company also produces hydraulic microcomputer-controlled machines, using PLCs (Mitsubishi FX2N) as the control units, with an accuracy of 0.1 seconds. The DCS control system from Hunan Yifeng should be used appropriately; its operation is relatively simple and convenient.
Our factory uses those from Hunan Yifeng, and the performance is good. It’s better to use a microcomputer control system for gas generation from a specialized company.
Our factory uses both the Yifeng system and the Zhejiang University system, and both meet our requirements. The difference is that the Yifeng system relies on microcontrollers; each furnace operates independently, so a failure in one slave unit does not affect the operation of the other gas production furnaces. However, the hardware of these slave units has a higher failure rate, which results in more maintenance work for the technicians; The system at Zhejiang University should be a DCS system, which offers advantages such as easy operation, a low hardware failure rate, and convenient configuration modification.
Our company originally used Zhejiang University Zhongkong’s system, but now we have switched to Changsha Yifeng’s system. The performance is generally satisfactory; we would be even more pleased if some improvements could be made in certain details: for example, extending the time during which nitrogen is supplied, putting various reporting functions into practical use, and addressing a few minor hardware issues!
Our company has used those from Delong, Yifeng, and Sanyuan; the ones from Zhongkong perform very well in synthesis tower systems. The Delong model is the best choice for the gas generation section; both hardware and software are Siemens products, which ensure high quality and minimal malfunctions. It can control 8 gas generation furnaces, and its price is reasonable – 350,000 in total. We are also using the three-component model; the ZF-4 controller tends to break down, it cannot handle analog signals, and the steam flow rate cannot be displayed cumulatively. The thermocouple thermometers lack room temperature compensation, which results in significant measurement errors – the readings are 25 degrees too low. Sanyuan Software is developed in Delphi; the interconnection of three computers often leads to communication issues and system crashes. The layout of the interface is poor, there is no emergency stop button, and the explosion-proof panels frequently explode. It is highly recommended that colleagues in the fertilizer industry avoid seeking short-term savings, as it will lead to regret, with no after-sales support provided at all. Users are notified by phone about the patches, which affects the progress of driving. Yifeng is passable; overall, it’s on par with Delong Technology.
Our plant uses Hengxi West Instrument DCS.
It seems that Zhejiang University’s Zhongkong system is used quite often. Our device uses Hollyland’s.
We have several systems; some are from Zhejiang University’s Zhongkong, and others from Changsha Yifeng. The performance of all of them is fairly good. The Zhongkong systems work well in synthesis tower applications. Now it mainly comes down to the service. The after-sales service of Zhejiang University Zhongkong is pretty good

:Lol, based on our factory’s usage experience, the recommended order is: Delong → Yifeng → Zhongkong → Zhongzi. Sanyuan highly recommends against using it, unless one suffers from dizziness. According to other manufacturers, Sanyuan’s control system has a slow response time, and its explosion-proof panels are prone to exploding, which can lead to explosions in the gas generation furnace – with terrifying consequences.
Yifeng doesn’t work well; it keeps having problems. I haven’t used any other ones
Overall, Delong is pretty good, and Yifeng is also fine; The ternary one is slightly inferior. I haven’t used Zhejiang University’s Zhongkong system, so I’m not familiar with it. After reading the posts above, I learned a lot.
