Pipe racks are divided into primary pipe racks and secondary pipe racks. Piping majors (non-technical majors) design secondary pipe racks (such as supports, clamps, pipe clamps, etc.) according to the conditions of the pipeline, and need to specify the type of pipe rack, such as fixed racks, sliding racks, guide racks, etc. Through relevant calculations (stress analysis), the stress situation of the pipe frame at each support point is proposed, and the structural professional is submitted to design the primary pipe frame (steel structure or concrete bracket, used to support the secondary pipe frame) accordingly.
