What low-pressure methanol projects does Shandong Deqilong and Hualu Hengsheng have?

Dear friends, does anyone know which low-pressure methanol plants Shandong Deqilong and Shandong Hualu Hengsheng have, what their production capacities are, and if there are any new projects in progress? Thank you!
Both factories are located in Dezhou, Shandong. I am aware of the management practices at these two facilities: one is managed in a rather chaotic manner, while the other operates with great efficiency. Deqilong has very poor management, whereas Hualu Hengsheng is a leader in the industry
Hualu Hengsheng is a listed company with many years of experience and a well-structured product portfolio; Deqilong is a privately-owned enterprise that has been growing rapidly, and while its scale is expanding quickly, its management needs to keep up. I believe both companies will become model enterprises in China in the future.
