Who knows anything about the Yankuang Guotai methanol project?

Which brother knows something about the general situation of the Guotai methanol project? For example, when will work start? When is the test drive? When will it go into production?
According to the people at Lunan Fertilizer Factory, the methanol project of Yankuang Guotai is intended to serve as raw material for the company’s acetic acid production. Yankuang Group will consider choosing either Lunan Fertilizer Factory or Guotai to produce 600,000 tons of methanol; the decision will be made this year (initially, it is planned to be built at Lunan Fertilizer Factory, but approval from the head office is required). It has not been decided yet, but the project is expected to be finalized and construction to begin by the end of this year. I will find out more details about this matter.
