Generally speaking, air cooler bias is common in hydrogenation units. There are many reasons, including ammonia salt crystallization and hydrogen sulfide corrosion, especially in the post-reaction air cooler and the top air cooler of the fractionation tower. As for the bias flow of product air coolers, it rarely occurs. Based on the analysis of the device you are working on, which is lubricating oil hydrogenation, I think there are three reasons.: 1. It is caused by the density and viscosity of the oil. I don’t know what side-line raw materials your equipment processes, but the density and viscosity will obviously have a negative impact on the fluidity of the oil. 2. The processing capacity may be low. It is very common for the device to have partial flow when producing at low processing capacity. 3. The weather is too cold, which directly affects the fluidity of oil products. In short, the combined effect of these three points will cause the phenomenon you mentioned, and this bias flow will be a vicious cycle. That is to say, the more biased the flow is, the worse the fluidity of some heat exchangers will be. The less fluid the flow will be, the more biased the flow will be. solution: 1. Try not to process heavy oil when the weather is cold. 2. The processing capacity should not be too low. 3. Use steam to increase heat under an air cooler with poor fluidity.
