It is recommended to appoint a moderator for the resource request section

Although there are many sub-forums related to seas and rivers, with very detailed specialties, one doesn’t necessarily need to turn to the resource section when looking for help; but since this section has been created, I think it would be better to make it more organized and more active. The article titled “Participate in learning with a calm mindset” by a cleaner on the forum mentions 3 points: “1. When you see a post from which you gain knowledge or learn about certain developments, please give it a rating ； 2. When you download someone else’s attachments and obtain the corresponding materials, please give a rating ； 3. When you post a request for help and receive assistance, please give a rating (http://bbs.hcbbs.com/thread-114899-1-1.html). Yet many people fail to do this. Relatively speaking, the section for requesting materials should be a popular area on the forum where it’s easier to make money; therefore, it is recommended that a moderator be appointed for this section to improve its management.
