Due to the wrong selection of the heat exchanger, the heat exchange gas seal head was pushed open at 230 degrees and 20 kilograms of material was sprayed out in front of my eyes without hitting me. Lucky me! ! ! Accident 2: I quickly inspected the reactor in the workshop and found that the reactor was shaking. I asked the operator how many reactors had been pressed. He told me slowly that it was 23 reactors. Why didn't he die when he fainted? Relieve the pressure quickly, it's okay. Accident 3: I switched jobs to the current factory, which is privately owned and the operators are all migrant workers. The first night shift found smoke coming from the third floor, and the operators were standing around. If chlorosulfonic acid is emitted, stop the pump immediately and dilute the sewer residual liquid with water and alkali. Later, upon investigation, I found out that the stuff was a carcinogen and would explode when exposed to water! :L Accident 4: Niacin was sprayed yesterday and the operator made a mistake. I flashed aside, and the buddy who went up to handle it burned his hands. Accident 5: Today, the cold material was sprayed into the hot pot again. :L It also causes cancer. N years ago, after graduating from college, I worked as an operator in a chemical plant of Sinopec Corp., and it took me five years to open a valve. There is no way, cost and safety are contradictory. In order to pursue maximum profits, some companies have lost experienced and high-priced employees. Even the minimum employee training for newbies has been simplified. Modern monitoring and automatic control are too expensive to use. After investigation, the pressure in the drum at that time was 13 kilograms, while the design pressure was only 12 kilograms. Lucky! The young man saved his life.
