It is the volume magnetic susceptibility; the magnetooxide analyzer is designed based on the principle that the volume magnetic susceptibility of oxygen is higher than that of ordinary gases.
I asked an instrumentation engineer, and he said it’s the ratio of the measured mole numbers
I only came across information on magnetoxidation analyzers recently, and I’m still not clear about how the measurement principle works. Please explain it clearly! :)

It’s a volume ratio. The volume ratio of gases is equal to the molar ratio; it’s the same.
It is a molar ratio; the principle behind its measurement is that the magnetism of an oxygen atom is stronger than that of other substances. As a result, an electric potential difference is generated when oxygen atoms pass through an electric field. A magnetic oxygen meter analyzes the number of oxygen atoms in the gas by detecting the magnitude of this electric potential difference. Once the sensing element is designed, its volume remains constant, and thus there is a linear relationship between changes in the electric potential difference and the volume ratio of oxygen atoms in the gas.
