Question about adjusting the valve settings

I’m new to pressure swing adsorption design. In hydrogen production units, how are the instrumentation conditions for the reverse flow control valve adjusted? Specifically, it comes down to pressure difference and flow rate. Could some senior colleague please give me some guidance? Thank you!

Based on the process requirements, the normal flow rate and pressure difference, as well as the maximum and minimum flow rates and pressure differences, are specified. The automation control specialty selects appropriate control valves based on the process requirements; the optimal Cv value as per these requirements is within the range of 30% to 60% opening.
