I would like to ask whether explosion-proof connectors are still required after using explosion-proof flexible hoses for the connection of instruments on site. If not, is this specified explicitly in these standards? Thank you!

Don’t the connectors at both ends of the explosion-proof flexible hose meet the requirements? Is it necessary to install an additional explosion-proof connector? Another question: is the explosion-proof connector the same as the explosion-proof sealing connector?
