Emergency backup power supply and dual circuit each have their own characteristics, which depends on your requirements for on-site working conditions. The key is to control the emergency response to power outages.
Generally, single busbar segmented dual-circuit power supply is used, which has better effect.
Determined according to the load level, if this device belongs to a large chemical enterprise, the company's power supply is generally dual-circuit power supply. When designing the power distribution power supply, dual-circuit power supply is used, and the process electrical equipment is placed on the two-circuit power supply, so that the power supply reliability will be higher.
The methanol plant determines the power supply method according to the load certification of the design institute. Generally, the load of the methanol plant is a secondary load and requires dual-circuit power supply. Some primary loads must be powered by dual power supplies. The design institute for primary load certification will be different.
