The effects of the new law are already starting to show. ”　　“Although Europe has achieved some significant accomplishments in the field of renewable energy, I believe that in terms of the speed at which new markets are created and the comprehensiveness and effectiveness of new laws, it cannot compare with China. ” Issue 25 of the World Situation Report also issued a warning that the Earth is facing “major environmental challenges”.
