What flange standards have flanges at 2.0 MPa? ? ? ?

There might be no such specification on the upper level as intended by the original poster. I checked the GD2000 version of the electrical standards, and indeed there is no pressure rating of 2.0 MPa; the available pressure ratings are PN0.25, 0.6, 1.0, 1.6, 2.5, 6.3, 10, and 16. The poster can use the PN2.5 grade.
Both the American Standard HG20615–97 series and SH3406–96 have a flange class of 2.0 MPa
How is it possible that there isn’t any?? We often use PN2.0 flanges; they are used in our petrochemical industry. I’m not very familiar with those used in the power sector. Please check SH3406-1996 – it might contain the information you need

The 2.0MPa flange is a US standard flange, which corresponded to Class 150 in the past. Just look up HG20615 and it will be clear
