Process flow: In the main stage, the raw materials used for producing battery microporous membranes are evenly mixed through vigorous stirring in a mixing system. These materials then enter the extrusion system, where they are heated to 200°C using a twin-screw extruder. Under high pressure, the materials are extruded into sheets with a width of 750 mm and a thickness of 0.6 mm to 0.7 mm. Subsequently, rolling is carried out to shape the material into battery microporous membranes with very precise geometric dimensions; the thickness of the core layer of these membranes is 0.18 mm to 0.24 mm, while the thickness of the reinforcing layers is 1 mm. To obtain a battery microporous film blank of satisfactory quality, one must undergo extraction in order to create a battery microporous film sheet with a porosity of over 60%; this process involves removing the process oil from the film, thereby forming uniform and fine pores, after which it is processed through a drying system to become the final product. The produced battery microporous membrane is inspected using a laser pinhole detection device before being wound; after winding, it is cut and packaged, thus completing the entire production process of the battery microporous membrane. Auxiliary line section: The auxiliary line system forms the basis for main line production. The condensation system, distillation system, and carbon adsorption system all operate in conjunction, thereby ensuring the recycling of oil, water, vapor, and extractants; the recycling rate for these extractants and process oils exceeds 99.9%. The auxiliary equipment set includes an air compressor, a fuel boiler, and a cooling water tower, all supplied by well-known domestic and international manufacturers whose products are known for their reliability.
