Party A's project manager is mainly responsible for ensuring the progress of the project on time, coordinating the relationship with the construction party on behalf of the construction party, listening to the rectification suggestions of the construction supervision unit, and urging the construction party to make timely rectifications, and is responsible for reviewing the budget and final accounts of the entire project. The project manager of the construction party must coordinate the construction of various types of work of the construction team and complete the project according to the requirements of Party A's contract.
