How can one find the **standard** for metal diaphragms?

Metal diaphragms are widely used in modern pump couplings, and they perform well with a long service life. However, it’s not clear where the standards for such diaphragms can be found (mechanical design manuals only contain standards for couplings). I thought I’d mention this.
Are there any suitable manufacturers you can recommend?
