As it is not possible to determine from the outside whether the flexible valves of the membrane filter are open or closed, it is difficult to know why the backwash time exceeds the set value. In my opinion, the status of each flexible valve should first change according to the program; surely it cannot be determined by whether the impurities on the membrane have been thoroughly washed away. The judgment is simple – there is control over Gui, isn’t there? The reason might be wiring issues, or the fact that the relief valve may not respond promptly after long-term use; relief valves are generally replaced every about a year
I encountered this problem while studying *Kai membranes; at that time the filter would not undergo backwashing. After investigation, it was found that the float switch was faulty, as it kept sending signals indicating a low liquid level. The backwashing of Kay membrane filters is governed by two conditions: 1. Set time. 2. The liquid level must go from the high limit to the low limit.
