The main technical specifications for the high-purity water produced by our factory are as follows: conductivity ≤1x10-5Ω-1cm-1, SiO2 ≤0.1PPm, Fe ≤0.3ppm
Conductivity ≤5 μs/cm; Ca2++Mg2+ ≤0.1 wtppm; Fe3+ ≤0.5 wtppm
Our requirements for the quality of demineralized water are as follows: Hardness: ~0; Silica: = 20μg/L; Conductivity (at 25°C): = 0.2μS/cm; Iron: = 1μg/L
