About project final accounts

I am currently a representative of Party A on a project (entered later in the project). When reviewing the final accounts of the construction unit, I found that the construction unit deliberately omitted items in order to reduce the project cost. However, when doing the final accounts, a lot of workload was increased through on-site visas. This part of the workload should be reported when bidding.
