The temperature rise rate of the hot oil pump cannot exceed 50 degrees/hour. I can't remember the temperature difference between the shell and the inlet.
In addition, please note that during the preheating process, the car must be turned 180 degrees every 15-20 minutes.
Dangers of preheating too quickly: 1Influence on the service life of the pump ； 2. Uneven preheating of pump parts causes damage or failure. ； 3. The end face seal leaks, and the flange and large cover cause leakage.
