Development of Recycled Lead Technology Abroad Abstract In developed and moderately developed countries, the production of recycled lead metal exceeds that of primary lead metal. The proportion of recycled lead in total production: over 70% in the United States, 78% in Europe, and an average of 50% globally. Our country accounts for only 25.30%, which is below the world average. China’s lead recycling technology is outdated and the recycling processes are inadequate, resulting in severe environmental pollution caused by waste lead.
