How are pressure vessels designed? Who has experience in this area?

After identifying the classification, corresponding standards are used for design, and the required technical specifications are established. That’s roughly how it works.
The design of pressure vessels begins with establishing a technical specification sheet for the equipment based on the various requirements related to the vessel. Subsequently, taking into account these technical specifications and referring to relevant design standards, details such as those related to connections are refined, including factors such as materials and their properties.
Pressure vessel design firms must possess the appropriate design qualifications; individuals cannot carry out design work on their own.
The design parameters are determined based on the owner’s requirements and the most severe operating conditions for the pressure vessel, and then calculations are carried out step by step in accordance with the relevant standards.
