Shangzhong, Shenzhong, and Beijing Electric Power Equipment Factory are the three largest and most capable coal grinding machine manufacturers in the country, with the highest market share; most power companies use coal grinding machines produced by these three firms. Shangzhong’s medium-speed mills and Shenzhong’s ball mills are renowned brands of high quality.
It depends on the specific circumstances: some manufacturers are capable of performing slurry grinding, while others can handle dry powder grinding. Some focus on automation, while others have strengths in mechanical aspects. I don’t have much information on this topic, so I hope everyone can share their own experience.
The heavy-duty ones are fine; our company uses their medium-speed grinders； The products from Beijing Electric Power Equipment Factory are also very good.
As far as I know, the three gasification plants of Sinopec use equipment from Beijing Electric Power, and their performance is fairly good.
If a company has sufficient financial resources, it can purchase products from Luomin; if not, those from Jiangyin Yate will also work.

The ones from Luoyang Mining should be of better quality, but they’re definitely more expensive； Jiangyin Yate feels similar to Shenyang.

Reply: For SHELL powder gasification, a roller-disc medium-speed coal mill is suitable for use as the coal grinding mill. The medium-speed coal mills currently in use in China include the following four types: roller-disc type medium-speed mill, also known as flat-disc mill ； Roll-bowl medium-speed mill, also known as bowl mill or RP-type mill; ball-ring medium-speed mill, also known as medium-speed ball mill or E-type mill ； The roller ring medium-speed mill is also known as the MPS mill. These coal mills operate at speeds of 50 to 300 r/min, which is why they are called medium-speed coal mills. The grinding components of the roller-type medium-speed coal mill consist of 2 to 3 conical rollers and a circular flat disk, with the axis of the rollers forming a 15° angle with the flat disk. To prevent raw coal from being thrown into the air ring chamber on the rotating disk without being ground, there is no retaining ring at the outer edge of the disk; moreover, the retaining ring helps maintain an appropriate coal layer thickness on the disk to improve the grinding effect.
