There are indeed differences between theory and practice for some things.
Many empirical aspects cannot be turned into teaching materials; theoretical concepts tend to be idealized, whereas practice is constantly changing.
Brother, if you modify your post, it can become a discussion thread; as it is now, it’s just a post full of irrelevant content. There are indeed differences between practical production and theory, but the extent of those differences varies. In design, aren’t there correction factors used? Those factors come from actual production experiences
