They’re using that type of anti-coking agent in the factory – either silicon-based or silicon-free. Please don’t share any literature on silicon-free anti-coking agents; I just want to know what is being used in current industrial facilities. Has the silicon content in coker gasoline and wax oil been analyzed? Has silicon poisoning been encountered during the hydrorefining of coker gasoline? I know that the coking gasoline hydrorefining catalysts used by Qilu Petrochemical have experienced silicon poisoning.

Currently, defoamers used in delayed coking are classified into three types: high-silicon (with a silicon content of 8–10%), low-silicon (5%), and silicon-free. High-silicon defoamers have a significant impact on subsequent processing processes as they can poison the catalysts. The defoaming effect of silicon-free defoamers is not very good. At present, low-silicon defoamers are more widely used in the market, and several companies produce them.
