an upgrade issue

I just checked my online time this month: 39.25 hours, 1 hour left before upgrade. After a while, I refreshed the screen. My online time this month.: 39.5 hours, 20 hours left until upgrade. Why is it that the more time I spend online, the farther away I am from upgrading? Can anyone please give me the answer?
The online time is based on a period of 20 hours! In the past, online time could be accumulated into points (time X0.05). The new scoring rules in 2008 do not consider online time!
It seems that the administrator has already explained that this upgrade of online time is different from the upgrade of our forum and has no meaning. The upgrade of forum members refers to points, which is the activity level of participating in the forum. The upgrade you see is the online time. After you register and log in, this online time is accumulated all the time.
