It has been recently observed that different chemists follow different sequences when adding the components of the coating: for example, resin, solvent, dispersant, leveling agent, defoamer, and filler. Some add resin and filler first, followed by dispersant, defoamer, leveling agent, and solvent; others dilute the resin with solvent first, then add the dispersant, followed by filler, defoamer, and leveling agent. What do you think is the most effective way to add these components?
Hehe. This issue seems to be a process-related problem as well! :Lol, what’s your standard for “effective”? Have you figured it out by yourself? Is it the shortest mixing time? Is it the process stability that makes operational accidents occur so easily? Or should we adjust the manufacturing process to accommodate the defects of a certain material? Or is it simply that the power of your mixer is too low, preventing too much solid material from being used at once? Hehehe. Anything will work, but there are prerequisites for it. This is a good process question.
