The single test of the main motor and auxiliary oil pump and the single calibration and simulation (through DCS) test of the oil circulation, pressure gauge of the auxiliary oil system, and pressure transmitter have passed, because when the system oil pressure is 0.2MPa, the system The auxiliary oil pump will be shut down. Now the on-site director representative requires that before a single test of the hydrogen compressor (without turning on the main engine), the electrical and instrumentation must be jointly calibrated through DCS for the above actions before the test is allowed. The construction unit and owner believe that the simulation test has been done and there is no need to do it again!
Testing and debugging must be carried out according to the plan and user manual. It is not just what anyone wants to do.
