Self-reflection: I’m a newcomer as an engineer. Before starting this job, in order to get promoted, I worked hard every day by posting content, all for the sake of wealth, points, and higher ratings. At the same time, there is also a lack of interest in areas that are not familiar. Thanks to a chance opportunity, I’ve now been promoted; I have the ability to assess things, more authority, but also more pressure. Not only on the forum side, but actual work is set to start soon as well. The moderators can see that most of my time in the past was spent at work; there was nothing I could do about it – that’s all the time I had, so I had to squeeze in some time secretly. Back then, the work goals were small; once the daily requirements were met, the tasks would be completed automatically (before starting, it was level 1, with a score of 50 and charm value of 10 – these tasks had to be done almost every day). But now, I can get a thousand per day; I don’t need that much. So it often happens that while reviewing something, a score is given; for those on which an authoritative answer cannot be provided with certainty, they are basically left out (in the past, they could at least serve as a placeholder and might earn points). As a result, the number of posts dropped immediately; more effort was put in, but less return was obtained, and some replies were sent via text message. I wonder how I can catch up with the seniors if things keep like this! Also, in order to increase the number of posts back then, when I was working part-time on Version S, I posted some content of little value, which had a negative impact. I would like to apologize to Batman and moderator chping80; I hope that after this post, they will go through my posts and delete those that are not important and do not disrupt the forum. It’s very difficult for me to set a good example; there’s more work, less time, and greater responsibilities. I have selfish motives – I want to be recognized as an outstanding employee next year (so that I can get rewards, both in the form of cash bonuses and other benefits; this year I got nothing). This is my flaw, and I hope my fellow members can help me. Remind people more often to post properly, to create good posts, and to address any poor-quality posts. So as to obtain an image without Hai Chuan. Thank you! At the same time, Haiyoumen is welcome to conduct a self-review.
I had the same experience! :loveliness:
It’s better to take action rather than just talk. Xin Chan, since you’re part of the management team, it’s time to do more and speak less, to make up for your mistakes and contribute more to the development of HaiChuan. Diligent Xin Chan engineer: handshake
Haichuan has such a leadership core and backbone force. This is Kaichuan’s wealth! This is Kaichuan’s pride! This is Hai Chuan’s specialty! This is a strong guarantee for Haichuan to grow and thrive! I will learn from you!* Let’s do our little bit to contribute to the development of Haichuan!
Everyone has a past; we’re not saints. Besides, even saints don’t always do the right thing, let alone us. As long as we admit our mistakes and avoid repeating them in the future, that’s enough. Self-reflection is necessary; by reflecting on oneself regularly, one can understand the path to take in the future. Let bygones be bygones; the seas and rivers of tomorrow still await us workers to work hard for them. Thanks to our \"excellent performance\", the future of those seas and rivers will be even better.
