The normal flow rate was outside the measurement range. The data sheet was correct, but the person who ordered it made a mistake. Now I have to change it from the manufacturer. I'm vomiting blood. The accuracy can reach 0.2.
Our factory uses Roots flow meters produced in Heilongjiang and has been in use for 5 years. What was measured was oil blending with a relatively high viscosity. Generally speaking, the effect is much better than others, but it is easy to get stuck and it is not convenient to repair. And it must be used with a filter. I personally think that if it is used to measure oil with a relatively large viscosity, it is better to use it, and the fluctuation is very small, and the measurement is more accurate.

The Roots flowmeter must be disk-mounted before installation and operation to see if there is any jamming of the Roots wheel. I have learned from the past. I remember before the device was put into production, the boss talked to me and asked if the instrument could guarantee driving. I swore and patted my chest and said: I can’t say it’s 100% okay, but 98% is guaranteed. As a result, after the grand ceremony, the material transfer pump was turned on for a long time, the pipeline pressure rose very high, but no material entered the device. The technology and equipment were all looking for reasons, but I was the only one who didn't move because I thought how could this have anything to do with me! As a result, the pressure dropped immediately after the flow meter bypass was opened. The flow meter was removed and checked. There was no impurity in the filter. Finally, it was found that the Roots wheel was stuck due to rust. Fortunately, various problems appeared in various majors later, but I had no problems with other installation, debugging, and configuration problems. Otherwise, there will be big trouble, haha.
