Take a look at HG/T 20636–20639 (Specifications for the Automatic Control Design of Chemical Processing Plants); these documents outline the list of design documents required for both conventional instruments and DCS and PLC control systems. In other words, they specify which design drawings and documents are needed in the case of DCS-based control； When it’s a conventional instrument, what design drawings are needed then?
