In chemical manufacturing plants, which is more commonly used currently: explosion-proof fluorescent lamps or explosion-proof metal halide lamps? Which one has a higher luminous flux?
Chemical manufacturing enterprises generally use explosion-proof fluorescent lamps more often. In my opinion, the installation and maintenance of metal halide lamps are quite complicated, their cost is high, and their energy-saving efficiency is not as good as that of fluorescent lamps.

A choice can be made based on the conditions on site; fluorescent lamps are a bit cheaper than metal halide lamps. But if it is at a higher position, metal halide lamps are still better.
We use gold-colored lamp bulbs more often. Although they are a bit more expensive, it seems that lamps with gold-colored bulbs emit more light at the same power level. There’s no difference in terms of difficulty when performing maintenance – it’s all about replacing the bulbs, right?
