The harmful gases HCN, HCL, and CO2 are removed using an exhaust fan. If the gases cannot be removed, efforts must be made in the buffer tank – for example, by installing a cyclone separator, using cooling methods, or adding a defoamer, etc. In short, the corrosive gases need to be filtered out completely.
Why not pass it through an absorption tank before sending it to the fan, or apply anti-corrosion treatment to the impeller section? Simple layer of paint can also work effectively.

Can this be considered compliant? At the very least, a basic treatment facility should be added. If fewer harmful substances are emitted, the damage will be reduced. HCL and HCN are highly corrosive even in the presence of a small amount of water; it is better to use an alkaline wash.
Strongly agree with the comment above: lol. Harmful gases must not be released indiscriminately! Environmental protection is an important issue that every citizen should pay attention to; the corrosion of fans is far too trivial in comparison. What LZ should consider first is how to properly handle harmful gases, rather than simply releasing them. :Q
For exhaust fans alone, the casing is preferably made of fiberglass, which can withstand such corrosive gases and possesses high strength.

However, it’s best not to consider this aspect – the impact of a single exhaust fan on the environment is minimal compared to other factors!
The idea is to convert the harmful gases into a liquid form and release them through the valve at the bottom of the buffer tank, from where they can be sent to the wastewater treatment facility. A small amount of CO2 is released through the chimney, but as mentioned earlier, the resistance in the absorption tower is too high, preventing the CO2 gas from being extracted.
