Aperture 50, wall thickness 1, protruding dots on the pipe fitting surface

I want to create 2 protrusions on the surface of a 50X1 steel tube that are symmetrical with respect to the axis; the height of these protrusions should be 2 mm. Is there any solution for this? ? ?
For shallow holes, simply insert the tube into the hole, make marks, and use a punch to create protrusions; but I can’t guarantee this method works for deep holes
A simple dedicated tool can achieve this
