Sulfuric acid is used in the production process of the catalyst. The gas in the reducing atmosphere should be used to reduce the sulfur contained in the catalyst into hydrogen sulfide and other exhaust systems, so as not to affect the use of the catalyst in the subsequent system. Secondly, impurities such as sulfur can cause corrosion of equipment.
“"Sulfur release" is also called "sulfur release". It actually analyzes the S in FeS generated during the desulfurization process. Friends on the second floor may be talking about another process. This process is to pass the FeS formed during the desulfurization process into steam at 350-450°C to resolve it into Fe3O4/Fe2O3 and H2S. The regeneration medium is steam and N2. When regeneration starts, the outlet valve of the outlet tank should be opened (pay attention to prevent H2S poisoning). The N2 amount is 4000Nm3/h, the steam amount is 12000 m3/h (about 10t/h), and the heating furnace outlet temperature is set to 400°C. After about 6 hours of reduction, the H2S content of the outlet gas will be analyzed. When the content is <1.0mg/m3, the regeneration is deemed to be complete and the process will enter the reduction stage.
