I agree with what was said above – whether the pump is noisy or not depends on factors such as its installation height and the type of liquid being transported. It’s also possible that there is a problem with the design of the pipeline, resulting in insufficient filling of the liquid within it, which in turn causes pulsations!
Agree with the person above; it might be cavitation or insufficient suction volume.
This issue needs to be carefully checked one by one. 1) Check whether the current of the motor is stable. 2) Calculate the installation height of the pump. 3) Refer to the performance parameter curve of the pump to identify the issue.
Check whether there is any blockage in the pump’s inlet and outlet pipes.
