I suggest you not mention the words aspen or proil in your article. After all, this thing does have copyright, and I heard that there have been similar disputes before. Of course, if you are using genuine software, that's fine.
It must be infringement! It's just that this situation usually doesn't result in litigation. If this is used in engineering design, it may become a big problem.
If you just say you made it with a friend's genuine ASPEN, he won't be able to get to the bottom of it. Furthermore, the mainland police are not their relatives, so they won't be able to arrest you.
