Funing Chemical and Jinmei engage in restructuring cooperation

The restructuring and cooperation between Funing Chemical and Jinmei was officially launched on the 18th, as a result of the partnership between Shanxi Jinmei Group, Jiangsu Provincial Fuel Corporation, and Funing Shuangduo Company. Jinmei Group is an important production base for high-quality anthracite in China, with an annual raw coal output of 30.02 million tons ； Funing Shuangduo Chemical currently operates a single set of systems for the production of ammonia and urea. Following the cooperative restructuring, Funing Shuangduo Chemical will be able to produce 120,000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 200,000 tons of urea per year, with an additional 100,000 tons of methanol generated as a by-product. Its total production capacity has quadrupled compared to before, and new projects have been launched, focusing on derivative products such as soda ash, ammonium chloride, formaldehyde, dimethyl ether, melamine, and urea-based compound fertilizers, all of which are derived from synthetic ammonia.
