We usually run one cycle and then stop operations for calibration along with the equipment; this typically lasts from 1 to 1.5 years
No way, our device needs to be calibrated at most once a month. If we replace it with calibration gas from another manufacturer, it will need to be calibrated again after that replacement
I’m using a 4100; since it’s a quality control device, I calibrate it once a month. However, the high-oxygen meter produced by Shifu Mei does indeed have good stability, with small variations in the calibration results each time.

I have a question for you all. At which analysis points are your company’s SERVOMEX analyzers used? In coal chemical processing, at which analysis points can SERVOMEX’s oxygen analyzers and infrared analyzers be utilized?
The 4100 model of ours is broken, and the repair costs are high. It is recommended to use laser models in harsh environments with high dust levels, high humidity, high temperatures, and high corrosion
In our company, we perform a check before driving each time. I would like to ask: does performing multiple checks within a week cause any damage to the instruments?
Just follow the procedures as specified; there is little difference between the calibration gas and the sample gas for the analyzer.
We are using 1900, with verification once a week.
