What to do if the motor reverses direction?

For some reason, the motor in our factory is running in reverse. But the line change option doesn’t work either. I want to ask if there are any other solutions, or if anyone knows what the cause is
What kind of motor? Is it because the ground wire isn’t properly connected, causing interference?
Are there inverters and soft starters ahead? If so, phase reversal at the motor’s wiring terminals will not work. Phase reversal should be done at the inverter’s input terminals, or by using the inverter’s software or certain terminals to control forward and reverse rotation

For motors controlled by inverters, it is useless to adjust the phase sequence of the input wires to the inverter; instead, the output wires of the inverter need to be adjusted.
Hehe, adjusting the output wires of the frequency converter isn’t the same as adjusting the input wires of the motor?
Only two phases can be switched; switching all three phases has no effect.
I’ve encountered that too; when an electrician came, the problem was solved. I don’t know how it was fixed

I wonder if people have noticed this before: in the case of a centrifugal pump motor, after the motor trips, if one does not check the motor current or the indicator lights as well as the pump’s pressure gauge, it might seem as though the motor is still running. At this point, a reverse rotation phenomenon can occur
I’m not sure what kind of motor it is; in the case of variable frequency operation, adjust the forward/reverse button on the inverter’s control panel, or change the phase of the inverter’s output.

It can’t be a single-phase motor, right? If the capacitor in a single-phase motor is connected in reverse, it will also rotate in the opposite direction
For ordinary motors, this issue can be resolved by simply swapping any two of the three phase powers arbitrarily. However, in the case of variable frequency drives or soft starters, the view expressed on the third floor holds true
