Is there any effective solution to the serious issue of liquid carried along with CO2 during desulfurization and decarbonization? This situation occurs when the decarburization cycle volume is increased along with the area involved. We operate two decarburization towers; after balancing the gas flow, while this helps to reduce the CO2 concentration at the outlet, liquid carryover remains a serious issue. Is there any effective way to reduce the liquid carryover at the outlet and to keep the CO2 concentration at the outlet within acceptable levels?
What decarburization method does your company use?
The load is too high! If the filler is not clogged, only technical modifications can solve it.
