I’m not sure what causes the level of pentavalent vanadium to be consistently low, while the level of tetralvalent vanadium is high. It seems that just a few days after systematic vanadium dissolution, the level of pentavalent vanadium becomes low again, with the level of tetralvalent vanadium remaining high
I’m bringing up this issue; we are also facing the same problem at the moment. We are currently dissolving approximately 0.3 KG of vanadium per day as planned, but why is the analyzed vanadium content still so low? Where does it go? Moreover, the iron ion level in the decarbonization system also exceeded the specified limit. It’s being resolved; I hope everyone can help.
