What is a good method for rapid cooling of biomass pyrolysis gases?

For oil production via pyrolysis, an gas cooling rate of 100°C/s is desired. Could anyone recommend a suitable design for the cooler as well as good methods for selecting the cooling medium? Thank you so much!
Pour it directly into water; this is the fastest way
Cooling can be done directly with water; it is not necessary to submerge the object directly in water – water can be sprayed on it or a tower structure can be used, among other methods.
This approach doesn’t work well; in rural areas, gasification plants for straw also face the problem of tar clogging the pipes during gas purification
You can refer to the quenching unit behind the ethylene plant for this; it should be quite useful. .
